Meet Dirk Crafford, our dedicated guide at Leopardsong, located in the northern section of Dinokeng.
Born in Mafikeng, the capital of South Africa’s North West province, Dirk’s roots are deeply connected to the wilderness. His childhood was spent fishing, camping, and exploring across South Africa, always venturing a little further with his brothers to discover the secrets of the bush, often returning home with unusual creatures in tow.
Today, Dirk’s lifelong passion for nature shines through in every game drive. With deep knowledge of the bush and an infectious enthusiasm, he guides guests on journeys of discovery, from thrilling wildlife encounters to spotting the smallest and most fascinating details of the natural world.
